It's not a pageant! Since then, The Mr. & Ms. Military Showcase has evolved into a veteran-led community event designed to recognize leadership, service, and impact beyond the uniform. While rooted in a live showcase experience, the event is still evolving into a broader leadership and media platform that connects our trusted veteran voices with mission-aligned partners.

How We Make Our Communities Stronger

The Mr. & Ms. Military Organization makes communities all across our nation stronger by partnering with military veterans active and nonactive from all branches of service and their family members in those communities. Our titleholders promote their favorite nonprofit organization on social media at least twice each month to help them receive new donations, new members and extra exposure for their causes. Our organization uses the Mr. & Ms. Military Showcase to celebrate, educate, appreciate and to recognize the accomplishments of our miitary veterans and family members. Featured Veteran Leaders can keep their title by renewing it each year until:

They resign, or
They break the Code of Conduct Agreement, or
They win the national Mr. or Ms. Military USA title, or
A challenger petitions MMMO for an event in that area for that title
